Arc’s intent is to be guided by these values in our choices about whom to associate with and whose work to engage with. Arc will express these values also in transparent policy. We affirm the codes of conduct and ethics that we are already committed to through our funding relationships. We will supplement those with, on one hand, policy for the magazine’s content and operations that strives to eliminate hatred and oppression and, on the other hand, a policy for the magazine as a working environment and platform for artists that must be free of harassment and violence.
