The January prompt is: “Celebrations of Influence”

The year 2021 saw the passing of too many wonderful poets. Naming some here—Lee Maracle, Phyllis Webb, Jean ‘Binta’ Breeze, Adam Zagajewski—I know the omissions are multiple. This month I want to ask for poems of tribute or eulogy–a chance for you to slow down and dwell on the wider legacy or private influence of a writer whom we lost last year.
